Literary agents: is help on its way?

It is a truth universally acknowledged that a writer in possession of a good manuscript must be in want of an agent

I’ve constantly trimmed and burnished my Twitter/X biog since I joined the evil empire 16 years ago, updating it regularly, and hopefully offering a useful teeny tiny introduction to who I am and what I do and how I can help publishers for ready money. But there’s always been one element that I’ve not been able to include, “Rep’d by…”, because I’ve never had a literary agent.
